Client: CiCloudPro helps companies run leaner operations through a set of cloud-based tools, including the 5S App, Conditionmeter, QHSE Safety App, QuoteManager, and the Lean App.

The Challenge

CiCloudPro isn't one website. It's a growing family of web applications that manufacturing and warehouse teams across multiple countries rely on every single day. Each app needs its own database, its own mail setup, and uptime you can actually count on, because when a 5S audit tool or a safety incident report goes down, it slows down real work on the shop floor.

Some of CiCloudPro's tools also talk to physical hardware: screens mounted in warehouses, canteens, and production halls showing live operational dashboards. So the hosting behind all of it needs to be fast, secure, and reachable at all times, not just for people on laptops, but for devices running unattended around the clock.

What CiCloudPro needed was a hosting partner who could treat all of this as one coherent, secure environment, not nine separate loose ends held together with tape.

What We Built and Manage

9 web applications and 1 central API, properly separated
We host all nine CiCloudPro applications, each with its own database, plus the central API that ties them together. Gateway servers and production servers are kept strictly apart, so public-facing traffic never touches the systems actually running the applications. That keeps the attack surface small and performance predictable even when things get busy.

Self-hosted Git and CI/CD pipelines
Instead of leaning on third-party code hosting, we run a dedicated, self-hosted Gitea setup for CiCloudPro, paired with automated CI/CD pipelines. New features and fixes move from code to production through a tested, repeatable pipeline, not someone manually uploading files at 11pm.

Wildcard SSL certificate management
Every application runs on a managed wildcard SSL certificate. We handle renewals, installation, and ongoing health checks, so browser warnings and expired certificates just aren't something CiCloudPro has to think about anymore.

Live uptime monitoring
We monitor every application and the API around the clock, using uptime monitoring software we built in-house with 4BIS Innovations. If something slows down or drops, we usually know before it turns into a support ticket.

Business email hosting across multiple domains
Every CiCloudPro application has its own mail domains and mailboxes. We manage the mail infrastructure and the DNS records behind it (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), so notifications, reports, and client emails actually land in the inbox instead of the spam folder.

Infrastructure for physical Operational Dashboards
We helped design and support the backend behind CiCloudPro's Operational Dashboard, the system that pushes live data out to physical screens in warehouses, canteens, and production areas. It runs on the same reliable hosting stack as everything else, so the screen on the shop floor always shows what's actually happening right now.

Domain registration and full DNS management
We register and manage the domain names for CiCloudPro's applications and handle all the DNS centrally, so every subdomain, mail record, and redirect is controlled from one place instead of scattered across half a dozen registrars.

CDN with public and private storage
We manage a content delivery network (CDN) for CiCloudPro with public folders for assets that need to load fast everywhere, and private, access-controlled folders for files that need to stay locked down, including location-based delivery rules.

Infrastructure for Single Sign-On (SSO)
We supported the server-side infrastructure behind CiCloudPro's new SSO system, so users can move between the 5S App, Conditionmeter, QHSE Safety App, CaseManagerCRM, and Lean App with one login instead of nine.

The Result

CiCloudPro now runs on a hosting environment built for scale from day one: nine applications, one API, nine databases, separated gateway and production layers, self-hosted CI/CD, managed SSL, live monitoring, dedicated mail infrastructure, centralized DNS and domain management, a public/private CDN, and SSO. All of it managed by one team, so CiCloudPro's own team can spend their time building lean, efficient tools instead of babysitting servers.
