Our Symfony application periodically retrieves certificate data from our SSL container, decodes the JSON output, and checks the expiration date of each certificate.
When a certificate has exactly
14 days
remaining, a
Warning
email is automatically sent.
When
7 days
remain, an
Urgent
notification is triggered.
This approach helps us prevent unexpected expirations, reduce security risks, and maintain full control over our certificate management process.
